Do we know where the C4 show is coming from - I'm assuming they'll have a studio audience? )
Studio 3 at Television Centre.
(I'm still hoping for a Brooker incursion into TC1 at some point...)
Incidentally, I mentioned over in the RTE thread that TC5 is being used for some of RTE's election coverage too. TVC really is election central tonight...

Just a thought - why is BBC2 Wales carrying the Dimbleby election programme (while BBC1 Wales does its own Election show)?

I can understand it in Scotland and Northern Ireland, but Wales has completed DSO, so the whole country can see Dimbleby on the News Channel.

It's just the Beeb not thinking things through properly. I don't really understand why two full programmes have to be produced in parallel anyway ? Surely the nations could just have extended opt-outs from the main London programme. Oh, and don't forget S4C also has a show !!!

Also of course everyone in Wales, Scotland, and NI (outside the range of English transmitters) will be denied BBC 2's election free schedule, poor decisions all round really.

Makes you wonder how the BBC bosses could ever conceiveably think of closing TVC! BBC One in TC1 for the week (Later... is in there as well at the moment, though obviously not this week). Channel 4's election prog in TC3. RTÉ's election prog in TC5. News are still in TC7 of course and presumably Blue Peter are in TC2 and there'll be something going on in 6 and 8. Fully booked then no? Oh that and virtually every circuit in and out of the centre will probably be booked tonight ...

As the speculation is almost at an end, I'll close the thread. Please continue in 'Election Night'
