Do we know anything about the astons/graphics on election night - it's not going to be ruined by the standard Lambie Nairn fair is it, with nothing more than tweaked news channel graphics?

It looks fantastic, very Sky News-esque in my opinion.

TC1 looks amazing!!!

This looks like a great studio set. Looks like there is so much space.

Well done BBC!

WOW!! I wish the BBC would keep this studio for the news.. what do they normally use TC1 for?

Strictly Come Dancing. Over The Rainbow. Any big show. I'm sure they can work around those though. Maybe it could be double-headed again, with Graham Norton.

I love everything about the studio except the backdrop - the N6/TC7 newsroom look seems very fake in my opinion - not that that's any different to normal - though almost seems a bit blurry at points, given they seem to have removed the blur effect normally used.

The studio itself is brilliant - here's hoping we get something in between N6 and TC1 when they move to Broadcasting House!

There's a question actually - when they move to Broadcasting House, assuming output has been reduced from Television Centre, where will election coverage come from? News will be based at BH, so it seems logical to keep everybody there (rather than move them half-way across London which would be very impractible) but will they have sufficient studios available at BH or another venue?

Is Over The Rainbow at TV Centre? I heard people talking about it being in a different studio on Richard Bacon's 5 Live show.
