If you are talking about the first one, are you sure that's not for Britain's Got Talent?
TV3 in Ireland is now airing UK election breakbumpers http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmtBGRtA-KM

Hardly! There's the Sky one on Thursday and the BBC one a week after.
Yeah I'm sure there for BGT - it's even got the buzzer noise - plus the debates are over now!

exactly, on other channels, they wouldn't have breakbumpers on ITV to promote BBC/Sky deabtes!

Umm, I was under the impression they all aired the debates. Hence why BBC Radio 4 and 5Live aired the ITV one, and the BBC are repeating all 3.

IIRC the ITV is being repeated on BBC News channel/ Parliament at some time. IIRC Sky aren't showing it at all.
The Sky one , it's on at about 11pm on BBC2.
And the BBC I'm not sure, who's repeating that.
In the rules both the BBC & Sky ones can be simulcast live by any of the three , but none have chosen so, The ITV one could only be shown after transmission.

I've not seen anyone mention the BBC's Election Multiscreen in the various threads that it could be considered on-topic in. This is available on Sky and maybe some other platforms but probably not Freeview. Has anyone used it?
The way it works is terrible. It is similar in looks to the BBC News Multiscreen but instead of using the arrows keys to highlight the screen you are interested in and the audio changing to the reflect the highlighted screen, you need to choose the screen you are interested in from a drop down menu. The screens on the menu are labelled 'screen 1, 'screen 2' etc. despite the fact that the screens themselves are not actually labelled. This means something that could take 1 or 2 key presses now takes between 1 and 3 key presses. Doing it this way also goes against the tried and tested way of doing things. Every other 'press red' app I have seen, whether by the BBC, Sky or someone else uses the arrow keys to select the screen rather than using a menu to select the screen number.
I can see what they have done. They have set this up as a 'select audio' app (as used on football and F1 etc.) when they should be using the 'select screen' app (like news multiscreen).

It's only on Freeview overnight - things like continuous loops of Weekend Wogan and a Bang Goes the Theory quiz are deemed more deserving of the space overnight.
The Freeview version is two screens - Main Parties and Other Parties, with audio switched in the way you suggest. It's exactly how the News Multiscreen works really, except the window you're viewing isn't highlighted.
A 5-screen version will be on Sky/Cable for Election Night itself, as it was in 2005. I imagine Freeview will either get just the two screens or just one full sized screen.

Likely as not TV3 won't do anything special for the UK election at all, other than coverage on their regular news bulettins - it is hard enough to get them to do anything for an Irish general election!!!!
RTÉ do though cover UK general elections though - normally a Prime Time special on election night for an hour or two and then a programme in the following afternoon to cover the NI results (which are all that RTÉ are really interested in). Since the NI count is overnight this year RTÉ will probably revise these arrangements and do a longer programme on election night (or possibly simulcast BBC Northern Ireland's coverage).
