Which I think means nothing. It is just a concentrated amount of people discussing words or re-tweeting at any one point.
Still a good watch though.

Wasn't that 1997 that they broadcast like that? I remember seeing these graphics the previous time it was broadcast five years ago, they stick in my mind as they were very similar to the headline graphics News 24 were using at that point!
I hope they broadcast the 'dirty' version with all the graphics. Previously, they've only broadcast the clean (no lower thirds etc).

That's what they always do - the BBC Parliament tx chain is permanently configured that way AIUI.
I notice they're broadcasting it in widescreen, framed to 4:3.

It must have been, I've seen the 1992 Elections twice before on BBC Parliament, and they've both been the dirty feed.

.... and the BBC Parliament dog has vanished, the 1992 indicator is still present though.

It's Neil Kinnock saying a really long swear word (maybe a Welsh one).
They just cut the news out, when they did it faded to black for a second and the beeping continued so it seems to be a 2012 problem rather than a 1992 problem. Maybe related to the lack of DOG in some way.
EDIT : At about 20:45 (our time) the programme finished for the 1 O'Clock News and regional news. This was all cut out but the beeping started when they came back at 13:30 (their time).
EDIT : It's stopped again now.
Argh, what's that beeping noise?

There is a version of it on YouTube from BBC Parliament without the 1992 graphic.
So, is the 1992 graphic burned into the recording?
