New York is not widely tipped (they're already planning 2016 I believe) - but the Beeb has a reasonably extensive team in NY already (and Washington isn't that far away)
I suppose that if Dermot is away in Singapore, Natasha away in Kenya, Sian in Trafalgar Square then Breakfast will be with Bill and Kate Silverton (unless Sian does Breakfast then goes off up to Trafalgar Square).
