I guess you could include Nicky Campbell's unfortunate spoonerism of "East Kent Hunt" on Five Live, at a pinch.

That was brilliant - especially when a couple of weeks later they were talking about the incident in a tongue-in-cheek manner, and in doing so, he made exactly the same mistake again.

I've never been able to stand the man, so I enjoyed it tremendously.

Here is the first one (he'd probably have got away with it is the guest hadn't made such a big deal of it!)

and here's him doing it again!

I like this:

Click-clickety-click

(I don't know if it was staged though).

Its from a spoof show, which is where the laughter's from.

What about Lynda Bryans informing her suprised husband and co presenter Mike Nesbitt for the first time of her pregnancy live on UTV? Dennis Nordern had a clip of it years ago.
HC
Hatton Cross
That was a great clip.
Mike's long delayed reaction before the shock of what she just said kicks in is priceless.

SCOTLAND TODAY LIVE FROM SEVILLE!
(FC PORTO V CELTIC - UEFA CUP FINAL 2003)

Confused I think this one was on the day before the big kick-off and the handsome John MacKay and the absolutely drop dead gorgeous Jane Lewis were on the top of an open top bus (which was ironically surrounded by thousands of Celtic fans). Very Happy

While John and Jane were newscasting to the ST Faithful Wink , in the background you could see Celtic fans passing a giant tricoloured beachball amongst them Razz . However one of the fans thought that they would be cool by trying to hit either Jane or John with it - and well they got close Confused , but instead of hitting Jane or John, it went between them! Laughing Jane and John also laughed, as they found it funny tae Laughing
Classic Smile

P.S Apologies for the different colours btw, just experimenting with them Confused

I thought the laughter came from Outtake TV.
Regardless, I like the 'Bird in the Bush' one from Asa's page and Philip Hayton's justification - 'The Guardian said it!'
