This is an absolutely incredible and emotional hour long documentary about Frank and his life before and after the al-Qaeda shooting in 2004, including a no holds barred look at what he has to go through as part of his daily routines 16 years on

It also includes never before seen footage of his piece to camera shortly before the attackers turned up, probably the first time I have had to pause a documentary and take a bit of a breather before carrying on

A true inspiration of a broadcaster, it was nice to see him in a happy new relationship yet still pay tribute to Amanda and her role in his recovery and he seemed to make a real connection with Gerard at the end

Besides an well told account of Franks incredible story - as we expect from his "day job" reports
and how he bis doing his day job (and more!)
his interviews with others who have been suddenly struck with disbablity were very moving ..
and the pressures on those arround them - phyically /in time and emotionally .
We need to be Frank about all disability that seen and unseen ....
