Where do Fox get the feed of Sky News from? They showed the first seconds of an ad-break then as they simulcast Sky News pictures with their own presenter talking.

BBC were dreadful, going to a paper review. I gave up with them.

Horrible attack.

I don't think it was that bad - they finished the News at 10 and took Sportsday, when they came back they spent a few minutes updating, took a look at the Papers saying they didn't have much more information, and then went back to the breaking news, which they've stuck with ever since.
Custard56, Worzel and gordonthegopher gave kudos

Nine News and Seven News Aus airing their own coverage while the ABC takes BBC World News. This is all happening in the morning our time so coverage could last well into the afternoon.

Both Seven and Nine are airing footage of the truck, which I'm not seeing on the BBC.

They've not shown the on the ground footage (quite understandable) but have shown a shot of the truck striking the crowd from a distant balcony position.

Who are the BBC correspondents based in France? Is it still Hugh Schofield and Lucy Williamson?

At times like this I always find it slightly odd how reference to BBC World News is dropped and suddenly it is just 'BBC News' - as a News Channel viewing watching on the overnights it does seem much more integrated, even down to the presenter linking to the UK weather before the TOTH (I assume UK only, although I suppose it is feasible he recorded forecasts for the entire planet!).

BBC absolutely dire. Not one France correspondent and we are going into the 3am BST Bulletin. The French president addressed the nation and the BBC have Ben Bland and Mike Embley, that's it. Appalling.

CNN were "lucky" to have had Senior Presenter Becky Anderson stationed in Paris all week for a special week of LIVE programming, also covering the Euro Football final. She was probably scheduled to return back to Abu Dhabi last night itself.

Becky is now presenting LIVE from Paris at 0400BST.

Meanwhile, I've managed to find BBC World on Livestream and find the combination of Ben Bland and Mike Embley to be robust and professional. Mind you, the story has now aged by a few hours.

Looks like James Menendez* and Sally Bundock are now co-presenting.

*Thanks to James World News for correcting my spelling.

John Donnison is reporting in the ground via Skype or FaceTime* from Nice. The Australian based correspondent was on vacation with his family.

* I wonder if one day media organizations may encourage their journalists to install the apps from LiveU, Dejero and the like for better quality reports from the scene.
