On CNN, the NY Times journalist was questioned as much about if there's an agenda regarding being anti-Trump/FNC as much as the allegations against O'Reilly.
Some are definitely worse than others, but Infowars and Breitbart are pretty low down the totem pole.
There are some decent ones, the New York Times and Washington Post are amongst the best newspapers in the world (and the way The Times and Telegraph are going they're far better than anything we have here). In TV terms the public broadcasting news services are fairly good, more like what we know here as news - impartial, serious and non-gimmicky

Sorry but INFOWARS and BREITBART are not even on the totem pole they are not news sites, they are conspiracy theory sites and have no business associated with the legitimate news media.
Infowars and Breitbart might as well be the Daily Sport, completely illegitimate.
I can't say I'd take anything seriously on those sites. Bottom of the barrel. However, they've taken advantage of the said events that happened last year.
Then again, as Inspector Sands has noted, the US has some excellent news sources including the likes of the New York Times, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal.
We have highly partisan cable news, you have highly partisan press.
Anyone who says there are no "great" news outlets in the U.S. has never read a U.S. newspaper, listened to NPR, or watched the CBS Evening News or Frontline.
