Em this is a precaution. This product has been linked with an increase in cancer numbers but not directly assosciated as a cause of cancer in humans. It has been noted that animals can increase their risk of cancer by intaking this Sudan 1.
If you eat any of those products your not going to exactly wake up tomorrow with cancer. There is no need to panic.

Ah, good thing Sky News had it all on their site - I suppose the FSA has had so many visitors on its site the server couldn't take it...
Of course, they would have to chose today to announce this, the first day I've had a Morrisons ready made Cottage Pie since just before Christmas! Good news is, the one I had does not seem to be on the list of affected foods...
