Well now I notice this ITV news special is being shown everywhere except Wales -- how odd for NI/Scotland viewers.

Mind you the normal Wales This Week presenter can't be with us as she's stuck in the floods.

Did anyone else see Chris Eakin det deluged just now in Tewkesbury, he just said that the rain had eased off and then suddenly the clouds opened again.

I really hope it gets included in the last StoryFIX.

FYI, CNN is also leading with the story. BBC World has it 2nd on their running order, as does Al Jazeera English.

It is quite odd, for us in Scotland anyway, as the sun has been splitting the skies all day.

I think they've slightly crossed a line there into The Day Today territory

Also why recolour everything blue. Water isn't blue unless you are 10 years old, a nice shade of sewage brown would be more appropriate
