Well, back-in-the-day, when I worked at sky, there were many presenters who avoided scripts like the plague - why do you think sky news today was such a success, and why do you think that the tablet pc's were so essential to this success? In recent years however this has probably been stamped out as the nature of the 15 minutes stuff and single headed presentation is that you HAVE to have everything lanned as a) there is little time, b) it's all on your shoulders.
I suspect Kay is a bit different, although you only have to look at how many laptops, and pieces of paper that she has on that elbow to think otherwise.
