Probably - they always show near normal output on Bank Holidays etc...After all, only one presenter will have to be in as there's no lunchtime bulletin....

It is the first time they have done this over Christmas, but with the programme being made by Sky News, they can provide a more substantial service, as they can use sky staff to make five news. I even expect that one of the presenters from sky news that day will present five news, so we could get a complete unknown to five viewers, like Paula Middlehurst, then again it could be Faye Barker.

Which is exactly what I said above.
Yes but last year Christmas Day was a Sunday and they still kept to the normal Sunday bulletins bar the lunchtime update. On every other day, there were the usual bulletins too.

There will be no 1130, but as far as I know the 1730 and 1900 will both be going out for the usual duration.

I expect the same, although theoretically they should have access to half and hour of news reports from sky. I suppose that shows one of the advantages of sharing resources between a terrestrial broadcaster and a news channel.
I suppose they could repeat the full Queen's speech in the half hour programme, making it at most 10 to 15 minutes long. With 5 to 10 minutes taken up by trailers and adverts. I suppose there could be an exteded weather bulletin as well. So realistically there could only be about 7 or 8 minutes worth of news in each of the programmes.

I expect the programme will just feature a short round up of the news and then a lengthy feature or review of the year.
