According to Press Gazette, when Sky takes over in January Julie will present the 5.30pm bulletin on Thursdays and Friday.
Kirsty Young will present Monday to Wednesday.

She will continue to present Sky News Today.

Kate Sanderson will present the 15-minute 7pm bulletin on Thursday and Friday, and the hourly evening updates, as well as weekend bulletins.

Sangita Myska is also joining Five News.

Looks like Charlie Stayt is being retained as well.

Excellent news that Charlie Stayt is staying...I think he's a grossly under-rated newsreader!

Nice to see Julie Etchingham as well, she has been good whatever job has been given to her, and has proved her proffesionalism with Today.

As for Kate Sanderson...well not much of an opinion but seems friendly enough, and probably good for Sky/Five.

All in all, a good presenting team I think!

Will we now see Charlie or Kirsty do a few swing shifts on Sky now, for a bit of extra lolly?

So who is taking (or has taken) Kate Sanderson's place on Breakfast on Thursday's and Fridays??

I had no idea that she had already left/was leaving to join Sky. I never really liked her much as a presenter anyway, to be honest. She reminds me too much of Vicky Fowler from Eastenders.

What about that Rob bloke?

Sarah Campbell seems to be doing them all at the moment - even though if your correct there wont be much need for her anymore anyway will there?

Good to see Julie in there - I take it Kirsty will still be doing the 7pm bulletin and evening updates as well.

It will be interesting to see whether or not he turns up on the ITV News Channel between now and January.

I'd be surprised if Julie Etchingham presenting Sky News Today plus Five on Thursday and Friday lasted... that's too much work for one person, realistically.

A bit like when Sky tried to get Jeremy Thompson to stay on to present their 9 O'clock News bulletin after Live at Five... too many hours, and whilst the press release said something like 'Thompson is one of the only presenters who could cope with such a style of broadcasting', remarkably they managed to find several other presenters who could cope just as well.

Isn't he doing a late-night show on FTN looking at outrageous clips from around the world? Or is it only me that thinks Rob Butler looks a little like Julian Clary without the make-up...

Or should that be AS MUCH makeup...
