And noggin, yes - some bulletins are done from central locations although WIN are the only network into it in a big way. They prerecord about 25 local news bulletins every weeknight from studios at their HQ in Wollongong, Ballaratt, Mount Gambier, Canberra, Rockhampton, and Hobart. Their WA bulletin recently shifted accross the contintent to STW-9's studios in Perth - a station that WIN recently bought out. Apart from that, Ten do their Adelaide bulletin out of Melbourne, and their Perth one from Sydney.
Do Ten have separate studios for the two bulletins coming out of Sydney and Melbourne (for Perth and Adelaide) and present both shows live, or are they done from the same studio, with one show pre-recorded and the other live? The former is pretty similar to the way Anglia and Meridian currently operate.

Ten News Adelaide is presented out of a seperate studio in Melbourne, with crosses to weather and sport presenters at their offices in Adelaide, and Ten News Perth is done out of Sydney much the same way.
Timezones mean the Perth one can be done without any duplication in Sydney (there's a two hour difference) however Adelaide is only half an hour behind (and they're one hour bulletins).
