The ITV Wales EPG seems to be a bit of a mess at the moment thanks to a Sharp End referendum special that has been extended/moved.
The EPG says it was meant to be on 8-8:30 but tweets suggest it's been moved to the 9-10 slot, displacing the Pistorius interview. So the second Emmerdale episode is on air now but labelled as Sharp End, while Pistorius is in the listings both before and after NAT (and has just been trailed as being on at 9!).

The vidiprinter is a graphic that updated to include the most recent result as it happened, HarryBNF posted a pic of it earlier. It allows the incoming results to be immediately added and I guess a quick look to see how the results compared to the most recent 3/4.
Essentially it is a ticker to display each result as it happened, normally used on sport programmes for the scores when they come in
So basically it's a graphic that autopopulates itself as new data comes in.
Also, MSNBC wasn't the only network to borrow a ticker from their European counterpart last night. Fox Business used the same ticker as Sky News.

Yeah that's a better and simpler way of saying it.

PS
I live in the U.S. state of Indiana and was disappointed at first last night at 4 central U.S. time when i switched to C-Span1 to watch the referendum coverage. I always count on them to simulcast BBC on UK general election nights and other big events. I was pleasantly surprised by the ITV coverage and Tom Bradby. It was interesting, a little more relaxed and as a non-Brit much more easy for me to understand the various intricacies that were being discussed. Unfortunately they dropped the simulcast right before GMB so I had to resort to watching Bloomberg.

Looks like someone at ITV Wales forgot there were two episodes of Emmerdale tonight.

The Wright Stuff played out cropped SKYNews footage of the Cameron resignation speech. They removed all Wright stuff graphics and placed a small text SkyNews above the SkyNews Vidiprinter.
Other notes;
Matthew opened the programme, saying they expected to extend the programme but now sure on the details.
A few live two ways outside Westminster.
Following the Wright Stuff;
Probably old, CA over parrots ident - "This is channel 5 in light of recent events we now join Five News"
Sian Williams presented live outside Westminster - probably same set up The Wright Stuff used.

There wasn't meant to be, it was brought forward having been displaced by the England match next Monday.

To be honest the 7pm episode should have been sacrificed tonight, though I do think it is quite a while since ITV have extended the Evening News to an hour, though a decade or so ago it was something they weren't completely unafraid to do if the news really warranted it - and tonight it probably did.
