BBC News live with a speech by Nicola Sturgeon. The graphic however said she was "Live - Edingburgh". Was quickly changed.

Were there local news inserts through the night? At the end of the Look East late bulletin (which in itself I hadn't expected), they said they'd be back throughout the night and during Breakfast, but were they just referring to their correspondents appearing on national coverage - I certainly didn't see anything.

Only in the Nations I believe.

The special at 1345 has been dropped from the schedule on BBC2 which makes me think they're going to keep BBC News on BBC1 through to 1800.

EPG currently shows regional news at 1345-1400 and also 1400-1430.

It looks like the One has been has been extended to an hour, with the regional news now 1400-1415.

I'm going to put 50p on Pointless not being on BBC One tonight.

What is ITV doing this afternoon? STV * just like a few times last night opted out. Will have one hour special at 13.55 -15pm. Will it be back to normal at 2/3pm?

Further programme changes at UTV Ireland - ITV News running through to 1:50pm, then a 10 minute Ireland Live, with an hour long Ireland Live scheduled for 5:30pm.

I might be wrong or might have been said but has the BBC EU logo been updated for the result?

ITV might be worth staying with this until 7pm. we now hearing other strange things going. Labour party is on the brink, and Tony blair has appeared at Vote leave. This story has plenty of steam....

BBC One regional news now scheduled for 1.45pm, followed by a further BBC News Special 2.00pm-3.30pm. Presumably with a view to extend if necessary.

Sky News has now retired the use of the Vidiprinter and has now returned to using generic straps

Vidiprinter?

The vidiprinter is a graphic that updated to include the most recent result as it happened, HarryBNF posted a pic of it earlier. It allows the incoming results to be immediately added and I guess a quick look to see how the results compared to the most recent 3/4.

Essentially it is a ticker to display each result as it happened, normally used on sport programmes for the scores when they come in
