That's an ITV custom font. I reckon they won't be pleased with MSNBC's appropriation of their graphics without credit.
Unless of course ITN is providing them with the graphics
MSNBC appears to have taken the bar that ITV is using that shows the votes and percentages for their own use. They just did a hit from their London newsroom with Kelly Cobiella and the bar was resized to fit the width of their astons. The fonts the same, the yellow dividing line that moves as percentages change was there and the update animations the same. I only noticed this at first because the font that's used is not used by MSNBC at all.

Having watched all three all night, ITV had the best overall coverage but BBC and Sky also had their own strengths as well. Sky were good at showing declarations and having reporters anchoring coverage from some of those key declaration sites. Meanwhile, the BBC were best if you wanted to see reaction from politicians on both sides due to the amount of them they interviewed.
MSNBC carried ITV's coverage in the later part of the night which explains why they probably did it. Tom welcomed those viewers to the coverage at 5am.
I have to say, having followed this all night - and I never thought I'd say this - but I'm missing Tom Bradby and the ITV coverage. Found it really engaging all night with a nice balance of declarations and analysis. And, flicking between channels at the key moments, I found ITV were really portraying the gravity of what we were witnessing. BBC was simply boring, and Sky had too much of Kay Burley being delirious. Allegra Stratton and Robert Peston were particularly impressive.

VTM and een in Belgium and RTL Z in the Netherlands have dropped normal programming for now and bringing rolling coverage...

They are news partners after all. Through out the night some of ITV's graphics (usually a slide) made their way onto MSNBC or graphics that MSNBC created they credited ITV News. When ITV called it they had their breaking news banner up saying "ITV NEWS: 85% PROBABILITY OF A LEAVE WIN".

Unfortunately MSNBC wasn't simulcasting ITV's coverage at the time.
Once all the results were in they dropped the ITV ticker and put up their own.

I think that depends now on what David Cameron says shortly. His upcoming statement will probably deterine a lot of schedules today.
Are we expecting BBC One to stick with the referendum coverage until the evening, or will coverage still be shifted over to Two?

Think that question may have been answered.
