I used to love Emily on the News Channel. She was always at her most best and wittiest with Jon Sopel, Ben Brown and Simon McCoy!

She's so good she can present with both hands tied behind her back.
And here's Emily opening the final Storyfix

Hmm, there was me thinking the first B in BBC was British, not Bondage

I think you'll find that channel in the adult section.

It is her first edition at being main presenter but covered in summer 2017 when Evan, Kirsty & Emily were on holiday.
I've not seen Emma Barnett presenting Newsnight before (a Tweet suggests tonight's was her first edition?), but after watching tonight's edition, she seems like a breath of fresh air, so to speak.

Emily's book is out today. I've only read the first page and am hooked!

Don't think this has been mentioned yet but looking on James Mobbs' (designer of recent Newsround and Breakfast rebrands) website there's a pitch he did for a Newsnight rebrand to tie-in with the current BBC Two idents. Doesn't look like it was taken forward but perhaps hints to some change on the horizon for Newsnight? The current branding predates the move to New Broadcasting House, which means some slightly odd things like the OSG being in the style of the old 2008-2013 BBC News graphics (which I think many of us assumed would be updated after the move and then never were!).
