That exit poll segment was possibly the best moment of Sky News presentation in years....
agree the sweeping camera past the box looked brilliant and they even have a Christmas tree on the top floor

Early doors, but my first impression of the BBC studio is that it looks like a Scotland/Wales/NI programme. The AR isn't very convincing.

WN are using the same identical tickers, logos, and DOGS as the NC, complete with the time and references to bbc.co.uk website...

Agreed. They should do a version of that as a new TOTH sequence.. stunning!

Dont normally criticise as everybody does their best but the BBC's studio looks awlful, miss the sweeping expansive election studios of old

The virtual reality parts of the BBC set are terrible, especially the ceiling. Would have been better if they left it as it is. The music is amazing though.
BR
BBC Scotland using a different count ticker to the network.
Be nicer and more tolerant to each other. Them's the rules.

While BBC’s plan was ambitious Im not a fan of it. All those virtual extensions seem odd to me.
Now was the open where Huw did the walk around outside and all prerecorded or some how VR?

Don’t let anyone treat you like you’re a VO/SOT when you’re a PKG.

The open usually is prerecorded and switches to live for the exit poll. Previous years you could see the clocks on the cameras showing 21:15 for example.
