Election Night Results 2019: Presentation and Coverage

I see the BBC are still doing news summaries which immediately repeat what Huw has just said.

Although Huw could actually say it without stumbling more times that Labour will have seats by the end of the night which is more than could be said for the simply dreadful Tina Daheley.

BBC World News is going nostalgic mode showing Gill Sans styled ticker and astons for its summary opt out with Mike Embley.

Impressed with CNN coverage.

Went channel hopping, BBC missed the Sunderland Central declaration.

Nice swoop across the newsroom to get the headlines with Tina. Sounded like an opt-out point just before, guess World disappeared off.

Sky's analysis of each result is far superior to the BBC and ITV.

CNN and Sky have shown them all so far. I'm not bothering with bland BBC, who aren't even showing them all.

Didn't have this graphic on BBC One/NC.

The Beeb also missed Newcastle East.

Got the BBC coverage on the second screen, it feels and looks out-of-time, a few years old.

Not watching ITV, but it's getting a lot of praise online from political commentators
