I have a phD in Political Science.
And my thesis was on the influence that early declarations have on voting patterns in Western states.
How about you?
Oh, and also I am trying to have a bit of a game with this. Lighten up FFS.
Nothing like "I did something that implies I take this EXTREMELY seriously so lighten up" to make a convincing argument. It also sounds a bit vague to be a thesis title.

I think CBS and FOX have called it; BBC and ITV are waiting for newswire sources to confirm results as I understand it, although I wouldn't be surprised if the BBC started to call some states later during the night based on reports from their 'partner' ABC.

They've said that they'll call based on AP and one news network, or on ABC alone (without AP)

Presumably then Sky call it when both CBS and Fox have called it.
Accrding to article on the BBC website they will call it either when ABC call it or when the AP plus another network calls it.
Anyone know ITV's rules?

Ah, thanks for clarifying that - I must have missed it while channelhopping. Three screens just isn't enough to monitor all the coverage!
