Well David Cameron says the Government will be in place for 4 years so we won't see the Election set again. Sad

There's no way he can guarantee that, there's a very good chance of another election in the next year.

Of course the matter of the BBC's set is another matter

He's a Tory - he lies.

Don't all politicians lie-- let's have some impartiality here Wink

Well Cameron claims that he will introduce fixed-term parliaments as part of this deal, so you never know. Not holidng my breath either!

Harriet Harman is taking over as acting Leader of the Labour Party. Lib Dems say that Labour pretty much effed up the negotiations when you read between the lines.
DV
DVB Cornwall
and thus concludes the longest Election 'night' programme to date.

I went for a wander around Westminster earlier - here's what College Green looked at at around 6.15pm.

Same question here then Wink

Crickey, what is the BBC news bubble, looks a bit futuristic? Smile

It's the rather large temporary studio the BBC have built for their high-profile programmes. It's been used for Andrew Marr, the Politics Show, and various Dimbleby specials.

The BBC appear to have been really sensible in their planning for this.

The bubble has worked really well for them across a lot of programmes. Very good forward planning and a very good decision. Good design as well - with a large bay window and no nasty thick vertical bars to grow out of heads.

I would have thought that the facilities will stay outside parliament until after Tuesday when the commons reconvenes or maybe even as late as the 25th when the Queen's Speech takes place

Perhaps Sky News will adopt this going forward - would help avoid the hecklers....

Cheaper and more effective to dismiss Burely, surely?

I agree. It looks very good on screen. I appreciate that they had light problems in the late evenings, but I can't say that I was distracted by the reflection of autocues/red lights etc.

It's a shame it can't be a permanent fixture.
