So thats the 'special guest' they were trailing on the Evening News - I thought I read last week that she had gone on holiday - oh well.

Interesting to hear the director ask permission from head of Sky News Nick Pollard to drop the ads for the rest of the hour.

It all seems very showbiz this time...with Kaplunk prancing about as if shes at a cocktail party on BBC & Katie Derham looking like she's at an awards do...

and isn't the ITV logo a rip-off of the Alliance & Leicester logo?

Is it really necessary for Sky News to have all this screen junk whilst there are no results and nothing being declared ?

ITV seem to be very quick at getting their graphics up. I quite like the look this year, snazzy graphics.
