Sky's coverage seems to be much more fast paced than BBC etc. - this is the first general election I've watched on Sky (got DSAT shortly after the 2001 vote) so don't know if it was like that before, but impressed at the speed they're whizzing between OBs and interviews.

I'm still waiting for the Baroness to speak to ITV. I should imagine she's gone home now. Rolling Eyes

My thought exactly! He's probably a bit miffed that he wasn't asked to co-present the BBC's coverage so he's sticking the boot in.

Overall, solid coverage all round, though I keep turning over to ITV and they are playing a board game.

It's hard not to mock them, especially as they were pandering to Maragaret Thatcher at the 'boat party'. Her words of wisdom were nothing special and far from the amazing 'exclusive' they were trying to make out.

Funny to see ITV following George Galloway around his Bethnal Green and Bow seat smoking a big fat cigar, despite him taking such a firm dislike to them earlier in the week.

"More than willing to talk to him, if he is to us..." is the official line. Smile

Sky are now ahead of the Beeb on results, and ITV has flat bottomed as they can't risk declaring risky seats.

Like Sky's snazzy new 'live' wipe.
