Where has the 4th Labour Seat showing on ITV's counter come from. Neither BBC or Sky are reporting anything.

It seems like Sky & BBC are waiting for live declarations or PA flashes while ITV are using predictions.

Though as slightly behind ITV has been tonight, I have to say I'm enjoying it quite well, the Party on the Thames is alright, the panel is good, as is the artist who did that picture of Michael Portillo.

OK, what's happened on ITV? We were halfway through Granada News being at Bolton and it suddenly goes back to London with Dimbleby welcoming us back, suppose no-one told Granada how long they'd get!

Scottish TV have launched their highly amateurish local opt-outs in the Scotland Today studio. For all of one minute. Pathetic. I assume Grampian are taking the same feed.

I know SMG's budget is approximately 50p, but the electoral system is very different up here and needs different coverage. I assume UTV will catch up tomorrow morning, whereas ITV1 Wales will completely ignore Wales given their English ownership.
