I think the final look will be as follow

1; UKIP - 24
2: Labour - 20 ( just a little more votes)
3: Tory - 19
4: Green - 3
5: SNP - 2
6: Lib dem - 1
7: Plaid Cymru - 1

Plus three for NI.

Tower Hamlets (who took their time announcing their Mayoral election on Friday night) are once again delaying the London result.

Now it's been declared, they can go home.

I'm surprised though that the Euro results didn't come from NBH with David in Studio E, Emily on the balcony for the touchscreen and the spot used during OS TV on BBC World News for the guests she went up to the balcony for and Jeremy Vine in Studio A and the news updates from the catwalk in E/C. It could have been a good use of the space in NBH and in 2009 N9 was used.

BBC Parliament is now replaying Vote 2014, with clock & ticker from original broadcast with just 'recorded' in the top right.

BBC World and BBC News updates at half past the hour. Martine in E on the NC and Dani Sinha in C on World but with the newsroom backdrop surprisingly

Blimey, Dani Sinha gets about, she was back at her other job this morning, BBC South regional opt in Breakfast
SP
Steve in Pudsey

N9 was a spare studio which meant they had plenty of time to rehearse. The studios you mention are all in use daily so that would have been awkward.

Without subtitles too, which must mean they either hate deaf people or the programme has been edited. Have they been showing the news, weather etc.?

Sky called it last night. Only the Western Isles were outstanding, the don't count on the sabbath, but the total number of votes was too small to affect the outcome.

You would think they would take the declaration as Sky like nothing more than a LIVE.

Just before the programme joined BBC One, Parliament showed the make-up team come on-stage before switching to a static logo.
