Does anyone know where I can get a schedule for where the BBC election bus is going?

On a slightly related note. Newsnight are appealing for requests as to where they should sent the "Cribt Copter"

Newsnights coverage of the election has so far been excellent. I really like the soft second set for more deatiled discussion. Does anyone know if this will become a permanent feature or just for the election?
Newsnight titles have also been nicly edited. One concern though, when another major news story ( Such as the burial of the Pope ) is the lead story will they have to revert back to the generic NN titles?

Yes Newsnight's been top dog so far in the campaign.

My only complaint would be that they've picked lower-than-average-IQ students for their "student house" segment (from Nottingham TRENT 'university'- that's the one that used to be a polytechnic to most people) who make annoyingly inane comments like "politicians don't speak my kind of language innit".

There's a good reason dears- they've by and large had a decent education.

Not all students are like this and it annoys me to see us all portrayed in this way.

Otherwise- top work Newsnight.

Don't think this has been mentioned...

The Sky Publicity newsletter that's just gone out has a picture of the Sky News Active Vote 05 screen - or at least half of it, if it's going to be 16 screens.

Only way I can describe it is very similar to the existing model, but with the Vote 05 logo and faded colour scheme in the background.

Can't find it on the Publicity website, maybe you have to subscribe or whatever. Can you post a picture? Thanks.

I tried to, but it's embedded in the email and I can't work out how to get it out. The 'source' of the email doesn't display a URL for it, so not sure how.

It's a fairly small picture, anyway. More of a thumbnail, to be honest.

Oh ok, don't worry. Thanks anyway.

Bob Friend has been signed up by LBC for election week:

Sky News veteran Bob Friend has been signed up to present on LBC 1152 in the run-up to the general election. Friend will co-present The Evening Report on the Chrysalis-owned rolling news station, with regular host Katy Breathwick, from 25 April. He will continue to present the daily 4pm-7pm show until the day after the election, 6 May. The move follows the signing of Sir David Frost to present election coverage on sister station LBC 97.3. - Broadcast
