Er... I could be wrong here, but did News 24 just throw up a breaking news comment along the lines of: "Paul Burrell will be referred for perjury", hastily take it off then replace it with "Judge has no plans to refer Paul Burrell for perjury"?

I'll admit I could have read it wrong.

Yup, I just saw that too. Thank god they realised so quickly - misquoting as seriously as that can never be good (!)
