Didn't notice this until now, but he had a notice on his website.

I take it that's the same one that was on BBC WM a couple of weeks back.

If it is, then Ian of old kindly uploaded the full interview when it originally aired. You can find the link in his post.

It wasn't the same one as on BBC WM. It was a completely new interview. He played the same themes mostly, like the Regionals, The One Show, Countryfile, Grand Designs etc.

Really enjoyed listening to that - especially when he explains how he built up the BBC News theme layer by layer from the pips onwards.

Unfortunately, I don't have the technical capabilities to do this, but could anyone capture Janice Long's interview with David Lowe on BBC Radio 2? It was much better than the one on BBC WM. Be quick though because I think the interview will expire soon!

Yeah I second that - if someone could upload it as an MP3 or something that would be great - for some reason i am unable to access the RealPlayer stream - I get a strange error message - "cook"
