However, it does seem that while the BBC were last to get a satellite truck to the scene, they had mostly everything else, including journos who are doing more groundwork and getting the stories.

ITV truck would have been from Border tv in Carlisle. BBC News truck is stuck a short distance from the site (a lot of emergency vehicles) so are having to go and shoot with a radio camera (which is too far away from the van) and feed back.

How can you read that and think it's dissing N24? It's more important that they get the story than the pictures - though they got the still pic first.
