......for 10 minutes by a RT (Russia Today) feed. C-Span think it was an internal problem not a hack.

I don't want to start conspiracy theories but the power went out in the hearing room where Trumps CIA Director Mike Pompeo right as the democratic vice chair said Russia. Everything went black and they had to go to another room. That sort of thing just seems odd and then the RT thing later that day.

The house doesn't have a cause as to the reason of the blackout.

Nervous though I am about Russian interference, I dare say interrupting coverage from Congress with a simulcast of RT probably improved the tone of C-SPAN's output for 10 minutes.

Occam's Razor would suggest they were just things that happened. Otherwise it would be too obvious the way it was done, surely?

I agree it was likely a mistake but was incredibly weird how it happened and that they've never had a mistake like this before. I imagine if Russia were able to "get inside" and control the routing for C-SPAN they would have done more than route their signal to the live stream. If it was that easy for them to do that how much more difficult would it be for them to route their signal (instead of the production gallery's) to the master control? I imagine an operator would have caught it quickly but given the time it took for them to fix the live stream makes me think someone wasn't in the room.
