Matthew Amroliwala now on the NC in studio C at just around 1835 after a short sports update from Salford after the Six. He has just presented World News bulletins on his "Global" timeslots... WN is with pre-recorded programming as usual (HARDtalk) in the meantime... Seems like the NC evening shift presenter isn’t ready yet.

obviously a significant statement if ITV news are allowed on air.
Disgraceful 10 Downing Street forgot to tell the only PBS in the country who bumped 90 mins of airtime for rubbish.
Silly comment, they knew at 5pm, so they could have left the news special and gone with Pointless if they wanted to, which they obviously didn’t.

Your closeness to ITV is transparent as usual. My remark was not aimed at ITV news. It’s great to know they are getting involved, Just peculiar they’re only broadcasting the first ‘update’ today.
Neither channel’s EPGs have been updated yet, so it isn’t certain if it’s literally just going to be an announcement, or a full news programme. Mary didn’t say she would be back at 8:30, so at least in ITV’s case it might just be an announcement.
If it’s pre recorded the broadcasters may presumably have a heads up of what it contains.

Can confirm its definitely recorded. There's a strict embargo until 20:30 so don't expect any big announcements until then.
It hasn't been made available to broadcasters as of yet.
