Regarding this, I’ve just watched on +1
They obviously had good notice, as they used the generic background, Duncan apologised at length to Central viewers on three separate occasions within the bulletin, and they even included a bit about Bob Warman self-isolating. I think Duncan thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity.
To be fair, the Warman story was actually relevant to both regions - he was the presenter on Calendar's experimental breakfast programme before TV-am launched.

ITV News Central was showing ITV News Calendar tonight, apparently due to technical problems

They have occasionally, when there's big story that they're all covering. They used to promote a BBC Essex MW frequency a lot as that was used to carry cricket coverage
The London news on Breakfast just now has mentioned all 6 of the BBC local radio stations in their patch - I've only heard them mention the London station before.

Perhaps - following a similar theme - Mad Lizzie could come back and displace Piers on GMB?

CBS This Morning is coming from Colbert's studio.
“We are in the home of Stephen Colbert. It's the historic Ed Sullivan theater in NY where @StephenAtHome broadcasts every night, he's on hiatus now… Studio 57 is temporarily closed out of an abundance of caution. We are so grateful to Stephen and his entire team.” -- @GayleKing pic.twitter.com/4VKK0h7aSp

Poor WCBS 2 NYC is still all over the place. Partially originating from LA and also from the pavement outside the CBS Broadcast Center. They are also presenting the weather from the Mobile Weather Lab which most large CBS O&O have to stream live whilst mobile and from remote. THey are even social distancing on the pavement.
