Daily Express / Daily Mail article on the way: 'BBC snubbed by PM'.

Public Information Films seem to have been scaled back as well and are more vague and generic. They almost need to do another PM broadcast as if it's from scratch clarifying exactly what the rules are - as predicted losing the three week cycle and having announcements made as and when has made it much more confusing. Certainly feels like the Nando's chart has become irrelevant now.

Yet again I’ve removed posts which have nothing to do with TV discussion of Covid. I’m sure every person involved was well aware of the rule too. There’s an entire thread on Metropol, use it.

And an obviously guide is that if you start with "this is way off from the forum" then chances are you shouldn’t continue posting it Rolling Eyes

Perhaps just coincidence, but Sky and ITN provided the pool cameras for today's press briefing.

I find it odd that despite only happening yesterday it’s gone completely off the agenda with no mention on the One just now.

I’m sure when Leicester was locked down, and the recent changes in the North of England, it still was in the news for days afterwards, with live reports, voxpops, opinions and debate.

Yes, Aberdeen has hardly been mentioned compared to Leicester.
Eamonn Holmes discussed Aberdeen in the news review they did with Andrew Neil and Vanessa Feltz today on This Morning.
But otherwise I haven't heard the media go on about it as much as before.

They went a bit over the top when it came to Leicester in my opinion - but I do agree that Aberdeen should be receiving more coverage on the national news - not just for those affected by it - but to also give some insight into what could eventually happen in other parts of the country.

Andrew Neil has a new job then.

What I don't see getting covered is how local lockdowns could impact on staycations. We've seen alot of coverage of the overseas quarantine but I've seen nothing on the news or other shows which informs viewers what their rights are if they've either booked a holiday in one of the areas under a local lockdown, or may be there at the moment it goes into lockdown, or if they live in those areas and have holidays booked elsewhere either in the UK or Abroad.
