Fully agree, folks. 200% or even 300% ahead of anyone else. They have also now brought-in Jonathan Mann and Errol Barnett to anchor rolling coverage on International. Earlier, we simulcast with CNN USA.
Very disappointed at BBCWN coverage of this disaster thus far.
It's great that both channels have joined forces today and are showing the same program. Frederica and Rick were anchoring for the last few hours from the domestic set and now Jonathan and Isha have taken over from the CNNI set for the next 2 hours.
CNNI was with Jon and Isha until just before 9pmGMT (4pmET) when it joined CNN/US - however since joining US is has mostly been a simulcast of Hawaiian affiliates
Well on CNN there's more female anchor slots anyway.

BTW, IDesk got new music which of course couldn't match the great upbeat dance track they had from the start. The opening/graphics got an upgrade but it's still the same logo only more golden ,darker and with less blue.
Saw Hala Gorani's IDesk last night for the first time in ages and the weather segments were presented by Jenny Harrison!! Haven't seen Jenny in a long long time. I actually thought she had left the channel. Did she leave for a while and come back, or perhaps she has just been on screen during my bedtime!
Either way, good to see her again.
Also caught WR from London this morning. Zain Verjee and Don Riddell. Zain kinda reminds me of the BBC's Jane Hill somehow. Where is Zain from?
