This topic is about CNBC and it's partner channels.
It seems CNBC london studio changed their videowall background today from the old one to the new one.

(Edit, 17:26) Apperently CNBC added to the closing timer before the closing bell in europe the european indeces into middle bar. They are running very fast than the normal indicators.

Bloomberg's changing schedule from Monday. Bloomberg West will now have only 1 edition to 9.30pm, Street Smart, In The Loop, Bottom Line, Money Clip are cancelled and replaced with Bloomberg Markets which is the rolling business news coverage. Market Makers are moved to 1pm. I hope they will bring back the stock tickers on that day.

And so the Bloomberg's New schedule begins with Market Makers. They moved to the "In The Loop" part of the set, and the news headlines are split to 2 segments - "News in Focus" which is montage of stories while America was sleeping, and the real news summmary.

I've been watching a lot of Bloomberg lately and really love the network. For some reason it reminds me of CNNI in the 2000s, with newsroom sets, 3 broadcasting center and even many former CNN reporters.

My favorite show and presenters is Market Makers. Shame it's on at 2 pm for me now so I can catch only the last half hour.

I've spotted a new ident this morning on CNBC at around 6:40am, there was no globe, with a new slogan they use since 2015. They are still using the "FiBW Globe" Ident and the TOTH ident with financial indicators. It seems that cuts are attacking CNBC, Squawk Box Europe is now anchored not by 3 persons but by 2 people. WEX is anchored also by 2 people. CNBC should bring back Stricly Money at Noon slot.

Don't know how new it is, but I see the Europe Update segments during US programming (a lot rarer than they used to be) have finally ditched the 2000 music and got new titles.

Squawk Box Europe introduced this week new standing part for Geoff Cutmore reading the 6:30 Headlines just before the market summary. The 7:30 Headlines are still read by Karen Tso or Steve Sedgwick.

Bloomberg's Countdown is now presented by one person. Maybe cuts?

(Edit, 10:59) The CNBC European Market Update theme is a library music.
Guy Johnson is leaving The Pulse on Bloomberg.

No, Guy stays with Bloomberg, but the London output gets a shake-up next Monday. Allow me to link to my own post on another platform:

Hopefully they will bring back the ticker (but now with all stocks in alphabetical order) on Bloomberg on Monday.
(Edit, 07:13) Today's Mark Barton's last Countdown. He presents it with Manus Cranny who will move to The Pulse. Mark will move to Business of Sport segments. Today also's Guy Johnson's last The Pulse, as he moves to Countdown.

(Edit, 07:34) Some one from CNBC screwed up the headline graphic for Squawk Box, it read June 5th 2016 and later we moved to June 1st 2015!

Bloomberg's Countdown moved it's home. The stings are ditched and replaced with crane camera shot of the set and title card music. The set is from On The Move. The graphics are the same, as well as music.

I hate it. Hiding the newsroom with the ugly static background. In the shot of 2 presenters it looks like a cheap local channel.

The new Bloomberg Markets show did the same, only it's background moves and looks better. Still would be better to see the newsroom.
