Not a mention of Spotlight's tree in this thread, so good job I've captured it here in Cheshire on DSat, which includes the very freindly Victoria Graham (AKA Mrs Simon McCoy) .

You'll notice the tree is on wheels, but I doubt the BBC version will be towed up the M5 to Bristol like the one in ITV's studios!

Ahem! I think you'll find I mentioned it on Tuesday at 10:50am (page 5 of this very thread!)

The lights on the Breakfast tree have changed. There were blue lights originally - now they've gone and seem to be replaced with red/orange lights!!

What about Sky, are they just ignoring the holidays??? I know they don't use a tree in the new set but they use to have a great Christmas background few years ago. I know they just added snowflakes to the newsroom background last year. Are they using that now?

I also see North West Today/Tonight have moved their tree next to the desk, probably because there are no more programmes that will come from the other half of the set before Christmas.

I suppose we shall see the answer tomorrow - will the Breakfast tree(s) make the crossover to the News Channel studio?

Judging by earlier answers in this thread - probably not!

Well I don't see why it would, seeing as the news channel has it's own, albeit virtual, surely there's no need?
