Just watching Spotlight (South West) from last night - they've got their tree up in the sofa area which they use in the second half of the main evening programme.

Strange place indeed, although it wasn't in the background of Today's lunchtime News, whether because the lead story was the Rhys Jones trial or whether the chief's thought it looked out of place. Couldn't see BBC North West's at lunchtime either..
