I think the police come out of this looking pretty bad. Apart from wasting time when there must be more important things they can be doing, flood or no flood, they don't come across as very bright when they say they didn't realise the clip was on You Tube. Its been there since the day it happened and its not difficult to find.

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if male presenters did get goosings. Either way, it's utterly ridiculous that this twit now has such publicity.

I hope he's been fined for it.

Why? Just because it happened on TV?

Do you think you would get the same treatment if you walked in to a police station and told them you have just had your bum pinched? In this case, no one even made a complaint to the police. Why are they wasting their time?

It's a sign of the times that the police are wasting their energies on this when there are far bigger fish for them to fry out there. Damn you PC brigade.

Haven't they got any looters to catch, the ones that have been breaking into flood-hit homes? Or is that too much paperwork/effort these days for them...
