Looks like C4+1 might come in useful at 8pm then.
Very much a refresh rather than revamp. Only minor changes to the studio, and whilst the titles are new, they're basically the same. The on-screen graphics and astons are new though and look good, as do the break stings.
Not so sure on how the secondary presenter is being used - kind of having flashbacks to RI:SE and the Six Pack of News (no big change in style, just the way the graphics are used!). Also a mistake IMO not to have the secondary presenter in the 7pm headlines.
On the whole though a nice update on the package. It wasn't really broken so didn't need fixing, but the new lick of paint makes it look a bit fresher. Surprisingly though this whole white look has dated a lot less than it's predecessor and other packages from other channels that were around the same time.

Doesn't look like the title to me - just because it's the last thing in the sequence.
Urrrm ....
'channel4.com/news' as the programme title in the titles
peculiar.

That could have just been timing though as there's always been a short version of the credits too.
I see they've abolished the full credits at the end - you used to see a long list of members of the production team named - now it's just the director, programme editor and editor.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that a BBM barcode at the beginning of the titles? You can see it here: http://www.tv-live.org.uk/wb/pages/channel-4/channel-4/channel-4-news/2010-.php. Second column of pictures, second one down.
BlackBerry users will know what I'm on about.

It does look like one, yes. I get the impression they're trying to be very techy now what with that in the titles and the numerous references to the website.

Just for info:
The number of commercial breaks during C4N is being reduced to 1 as of Monday night. This will air around 1940 and applies to the majority of bulletins where TX ends between 1950-1955. Bulletins occupying the full 60 minute slot (ie ending between 1958-2000) will continue to have the usual number of breaks.
