I notice she has started to use this over the past week, although she still says "bye-bye" occasionally (she did last night anyway). Back to Charlie Neil this week, so we will have to wait until next Monday to see if she keeps the "pip-pip" thing up Laughing

Does S-J act as a stand-in for Jo Mallin as well, or does somebody else fulfil that role?

Charlie Neil did our weather on ITV Wales Tonight as well today - I think I prefer Charlie to Emma.

Well Charlie doesn't have the personality of la Jesson; but she's is far more sensible-- "manky drizzle" and all Smile If Emma keeps up this "pip-pip" nonsense I may have to remove her from my signature image in protest.

Of course Em and Chaz don't compare to the talent that is James Wright though Wink

I notice that CNE has a new backdrop... Trent Bridge in Nottingham-- a direct copy of East Midlands Today's projector backdrop Rolling Eyes

Has CNW changed it backdrop again this week? Do any of CNW backdrops match BBC Midlands backdrops out of interest?

I've only ever seen clips of CNE with its Leicester backdrop before. I've just this moment been to "you know where" online to see the new Trent Bridge backdrop. What was the previous Nottingham view?

CNW still has its latest backdrop, which looks upwards towards the skies of Brum, but not as nice as the close up Bullring one, which they seem to have dropped except daytime.

The website we can't mention even though you can find it through it through a Google search? Laughing Only messing mods Wink

Before this week there were two backdrops: The Leceister one featuring the space centre, which was a horrid shade of blue/ grey (even during the day).

And the 'previous' Nottingham one. It was a shot from a city centre highrise, looking over Sneinton featuring Green's Mill. The daytime version looked OK actually, and was recorded on a nice sunny day.

They have now replaced one of the above with a Trent Bridge backdrop-- indentical to the one used on BBC EMT! So much for orginality Rolling Eyes

Anyone know where online I might find caps or clips of CNE with the previous Notts backdrop? Clearly the "you know where" website will only have the Trent Bridge bullitens from now on.

Try last Friday's bulletins on "you know where". The new backdrop started this Monday. Be quick though, because last Friday's bulletins will be over-written tomorrow!

Don't where else you could find them... TV Ark perhaps Confused
