Could be the Australian ABC? I've seen people from London being interviewed on the ABC here with NBH's newsroom as a backdrop.
ABC is in Hammersmith, in the same building as Disney's London HQ (above the Broadway Shopping Centre). Although, a couple of years ago when I was in the BBC's Broadcasting House, I saw a desk in the newsroom set aside for 'ABC News London bureau chief' - not sure why.

It could well have been the American ABC, they and the BBC have a deal to share news content and resources.
ABC Australia and other broadcasters have similar deals/alliances with the BBC but the American one is the biggest apart from the EBU

Ah, thanks for the link. I knew the theme and titles seemed familiar already, but they have been adapted from the election campaign coverage. The CBS debates had a long looping version of the theme used for the online version of the feed during the primaries debates. You can see the intro here:
Not keen on the fast cuts in the title sequence of the Evening News, but nothing compared to a couple of very fast sequences after 20 seconds in the above video. I'm actually surprised that aired.

A full-ish, clean version can be found here: http://www.networknewsmusic.com/wp/campaign-2016-theme/

CBS has never been one for style. In my opinion, the last time CBS had a really great look was during the 2000-2006 era. I really miss that theme and the "Fortune 500" graphics:
What is great about CBS News, though, is that they're going through a really impressive renaissance. CBS This Morning has attracted morning viewers in serious numbers for the first time in decades, and what they're doing with CBSN is really unique and original.
With that said, the new Evening News music is growing on me slowly, though I still don't think the Eyeopener-style open translates well to evening television. CBS This Morning/Morning News/Weekend News all look fantastic.

I agree with the previous post that they are going through a renaissance.
Many of you on this forum might have missed this if you don't live in the U.S. When the Ali death news broke early Saturday morning U.S. time, CBS News was caught very flat-footed. They had to use an anchor from their west coast flagship station KCBS Los Angeles to get a network special report on-air and it didn't air until 12:47 am ET., 30 minutes after other channels reported the news. Scott Pelley was no where to be found even though the competing broadcast networks ABC and NBC had senior anchors on live at that hour delivering special reports. Apparently CBSN anchors stop producing live content after the 11 pm ET bulletin and aren't on standby in the weekend overnight hours as none were available at that time. It was commented on another forum that CBSN was never intended to be a 24/7 digital network and that CBS put in place a plan to have their LA bureau handle overnight weekend breaking news if necessary. This was a very poor effort on a story that they apparently had advance notice of earlier in the day when his condition was reported as grave. Imagine if something really important happened overnight or on the weekend without notice?

Here is the CBS News Special Report opener on Ali death. Is this the first time the new Special Report theme has been used?
RK
Likely. I don't think there was anything else since it launched last Monday.
