Sounds like The Early Show is going to try and become a cable morning news show on network television.
I'll wait to pass judgement, but it does strike me when networks like CBS or ITV struggle with morning shows, they try something to revolutionary that sinks them even lower. Like replacing their entire onscreen team, moving to 'state of the art studios' and trying too hard to be different to the competition.
