Calendar on the ITV news channel

At the moment the ITV News channela re showing calendar. Normally they'd be showing London Tonight. Anyone know why?

Probabaly due to the story in Leeds.

They don't normally show any regional programme at 6pm, but when there's a big story from one of the regions they carry the relevant programme. As Leeds is where today's news is centred, they're showing Calendar.

Did you miss that bit just above where you were typing, where it says about posting news about news in the proper forum?

That's correct. I remember when that yachtswoman Ellen something arrived back in England ITV News Channel showed Westcountry Live, I think.

I am supried that the itv News Channel took Calendar, as London Tonight also had much of its programme focussed on the developments in Leeds, as well as how some websites are in approval of the attacks.

This evening London Tonight is being simulcast on the NC to cover the vigil in Trafalgar Square.
