Apologies if I come across as being rude (I don't mean to be) but shouldn't this be in the GMB thread? Nothing to do with BBC News.
I dare say it's been mentioned in the thread for GMB but itv have extended it to run until 1030. Is this the first time the breakfast franchise (which is I think still legally separate) has been extended beyond its 0925 off air time?

GMB clock struggling with 4 digits, not that it matters with what is going on but you have thought they would have allowed for it.

ITV: Good Morning Britain continuing until at least 10.30
Channel 4: Showing normal programmes, no announcement of breaking news before 'Car S.O.S' at 10.00am
Channel 5: Normal programmes, 'The Wright Stuff' live

Unlikely to be Tom at this time of day. Nina is due on the Lunchtime News, whilst I expect they're trying to get Mark and/or Tom to Brussels. Mary due to host the Evening News so I would expect Nine and Mary to be leading any rolling news.
Could ITV be staying with Good Morning Britain until they can get Tom Bradby into ITN to pick up coverage from there? Or could we see the weird situation of Good Morning Britain being on into the afternoon?

Sorry. Didn't mean to come across as abrasive.
Yes, it probably should. In fact I
thought
I was posting in the special Brussels coverage thread rather than the BBC news one.

No. Election coverage last year ran until 10am.
Breakfast franchise is technically separate but realistically all under the same umbrella now so nothing to stop GMB running over if needed as shown today.
