Sorry. I should have framed my reaction a little bit better.
As I am saying this within a presentation forum; I wonder how all of the broadcasters covering Brexit in future will go about the next stages of it while they are reporting during the E.U. negotiations. I am saying this because these negotiations could become quite unpredictable & fascinating at the same time as we head into next week & beyond that if the negotiations with the E.U. do not go in the way that they are planned. Would any broadcaster in this case have the scope to create a further contingency plan for any future strategy while reporting on Brexit during these upcoming intense negotiations with the E.U.? It could actually give them some fair idea about where they are heading in the future throughout this period of time.

Sky News coverage has been the standout this evening. Their 11pm TOTH was pretty incredible with their graphics on the Cliffs of Dover and music bed. Anna Botting also a brilliant anchor at the helm this evening.

That was very effective to be fair. Needed no commentary.

Well, one of the first things the BBC did was grab a couple of ladies from the Brexit rally in Parliament Square and asked them what they wanted from Brexit, and when the answer they gave wasn't good enough, the reporter proceeded to try and skew them for more detail. The sort of detail they would never demand of a Remain voter.
The rest of their coverage dwelt on the fact that nothing has changed and the focus of concern moved to 31st December, and all the problems that could occur then if we don't get a trade deal.
I am the first to defend the BBC normally when it comes to bias but I have to say their centre of gravity when it comes to EU membership is clearly skewed. I don't even think it's intentional - I think genuinely some of its staff cannot fathom how anyone can think Brexit is a good idea.

Brexit is now official. I wonder how the broadcasters will cover it.

I suspect this will end up with some complaints to Ofcom...

I didn't see the clip you mention but with regard to the latter points, the news is there to provide analysis and explanation. Nothing has really changed as EU law continues to apply, the big changes will indeed come on the 31st December and if there's no trade deal then it's widely accepted there will be consequences. I don't think it's remiss to explain these aspects - how else would they have filled 75 minutes?

Didn't Jon Snow say that on Channel 4 on the 31st March and OFCOM let him off the hook?
