Tbf Clive Myrie has been in Christchurch this week, but has been introduced more as a "reporter". I don't want to get off topic but I'd have thought he'd have qualified as an anchor.
I've never seen anyone captioned as an 'anchor', it's not a term that's really used officially
I suppose it depends if he's reporting from location into a bulletin... then he's a reporter, if he's presenting from that location then he's not
A presenter who's on location at the scene is normally referred to by the studio presenter (when crossing over) as 'my colleague'.
