Outside Source has come on air early (on the NC at least) To allow them to take the statement with Ros Atkins in the studio and Ben Brown at Downing Street

A few hours ago some suggested normal TV schedules were going to be ripped up, in reality even the News Channel schedule isn’t being ripped up, and we aren’t even getting an hour of proper UK news. There is probably a lesson to learn here to stop getting over excited.

The coverage being applied matches the competence and integrity of our elected representatives quite honestly

To be fair to the News Channel, Outside Source is usually on at 9pm. The BBC feel that it's such a big issue, to take the BBC World News 8pm boradcast of Outside Source and run it for 2 hours.

Isn’t OS at 8pm in March because the US are now on daylight saving time, but the civilised world won’t be until March 31st?

Sky News isn't even concerned enough to wait. May runs 6 minutes late, Sky News goes to an ad break.
