PM rumoured to be making a statement outside No. 10 tonight which I imagine will change very little.

A general election now seems more likely than ever, The Guardian reported last November the BBC were beginning to plan for one. Surely all the broadcasters will have now made some preparations?

Could be a general election called tonight (and looking more likely) which would almost certifiably be held on the same day as the local elections. Any later than Tuesday and any election could not coincide with the locals.
It could also be her resigning or outright threatening to go if certain things do or dont happen.

Political reporters now suggesting May will set out her resignation timetable tonight, rather than resigning or calling an election.

Something is happening this evening, but it’s all up in the air at the moment. At least BBC One have a relatively easy schedule to change, half an hour of The One Show could easily go.

The rumor i saw is the announcement at 8pm. I tend to agree it be more to do with her future than an election.

If there another election, I can't deal with this, It was bad enough trying to get pres the every single year, i just want an OFF YEAR..

Honestly if what a set of graphics looks like or whether Dimbleby covers another election are someone's biggest concern with having another election they probably need to open their eyes a bit more.

A: Most people will not know who the hell to vote for in this election
B: The parties will also know what to stand on..
C: The S********* is bad enough, and this is TV pres forum and I would like to keep away that way. if I talking about PRES on a Pres forum that what I'm on about. end off. People should be able to split the two.....................

Apart from the poster who apparently complained about Loose Women being taken off for coverage of the Beslan siege, is this the most TV Forum post ever? (I know you're not being serious, barcode. Or at least I hope you aren't).

It could be moved to tomorrow replacing the repeat of DIY SOS

One of the most plugged in journalists at the moment. Other tweets implying Number 10 is not denying a statement but has denied an election.

The Victoria Derbyshire thread is often TV Forum at it's worst. Last year one poster dismissed a feature about a major beast cancer study as ''womens fluff''. Rolling Eyes

It would appear she will just say in Downing Street tonight what her plan is for next week for unity and all that usual stuff.

I remember someone complaining about This Morning having a feature on make-up.
